My journey into music began during the Corona lockdown, when I became fascinated by music theory and the relationships between intervals, chords, and harmonies.
Jazz especially attracted me because of its rich harmonic language and complexity. Since then, I explore music through both theory and improvisation, shaping my ideas through the guitar. 🎸

How I craft my Songs
Guitar & Harmony First
I start every song on the guitar, building the chords and core harmony before crafting the arrangements in the studio and writing lyrics.
This approach gives me a system of creating a song. It gives a strong foundation and keeps the music structured yet expressive.
Improvisation & Arrangements
Improvisation and storytelling are central, inspired by John Mayer’s expressive style.
The arrangements take cues from Jacob Collier’s harmonic creativity and John Williams’ cinematic depth, blending complex jazz harmonies with emotion to give every song its own journey and voice.
My Sound / Musical Style
My Music blends jazz, blues, funk, and pop influences into a style focused on groove, melody, and expressive guitar playing. Personally, I can not classify my own music into one specific genre since my compositions are inspired by Musicians such as Jacob Collier, John Mayer and John Williams.
Guitar is central, but vocals and lyrics are carefully crafted after the musical foundation is built. I personally am more passionate about playing the guitar than singing, since I can discover different harmonies on an instrument.
Improvisations are semi-structured and/or semi-freestyle. In most of my crafts, I would analyse my chords and use specific Arpeggios/Scales or Melodies to create an improvisation. When I have the guts, I also tend to improvise in freedom.
