Who is Leon Daishin?

I’m Leon Daishin Spannan, a mind split between the infinite beauty of Mathematics and the beautiful freedom of Music.

I chase big goals and ideas, whether it’s solving a complex proof, improvising on guitar, or exploring a new corner of the world. John Mayer as an inspiration

John Mayer has inspired me through the way he blends technical mastery with emotional honesty. His guitar work, rooted in blues yet open to pop, folk, country and jazz, showed me that music can be both complex and deeply human. Listening to him taught me that improvisation is freedom and that true artisary comes from finding your own authentic voice.

Jacob Collier inspires me with his fearless approach to harmony, rhythm, and sound itself. His music pushes boundaries, blending genres and ideas in ways that feel limitless. Leonhard Euler as inspiration

Euler has always inspired me with the way he made mathematics both beautiful and accessible. His ability to express deep truths with elegance – from formulas to the concept of infinity – reminds me that clarity is just as powerful as complexity. Through his work, I’ve learned to see mathematics not as an obstacle, but as a language that can connect simplicity with the infinite.

Richard Feynman as an inspiration

Feynman inspires me through his playful exploration and his ability to teach a complex topic in a simple way. He showed that learning is not just about solving problems, but about asking questions, experimenting and enjoying the process. His approach pushes me to treat mathematics and science as an advantage – something alive, creative and full of discovery.
